My 2007 Camry Odometer is going all over the place

Changes without pushing Trip button? If somebody pushed it that you were unaware of remember the total mileage does not show tenths. The Trip A and B does.
Trip button? Where is that located. My suspicion is that there is an issue with the computerize odometer. However, if I could inadvertently hit the "Trip Button" I would like to know how I would do that and how I can get the correct odometer reading? Thanks for your response.
There is a button on the instrument cluster to the right of odometer. Just push it several times. For more information see you owners manual Page 134. if you don't have the manual you can download it http://www.toyota.com/t3Portal/document/om/OM33748U/pdf/01_06.pdf
They are rather soft buttons. You could have pushed by cleaning your dash. It's a stem sticks out about ¾ inch
Took my car to the mechanic this weekend, and you were EXACTLY right. It was the trip switch (the miles on the odemeter went from 94,000 down to 35,000. One stroke avoided :) The trip switch is next to the switch for the dashboard lights. They went out, and when I switched them on, I inadvertently hit the trip switch.
I love happy endings. Glad I could help
