We are going to need more info to help you resolve this issue. "Vehicle Read"? Does that mean someone Scanned for Computer codes? Need to know the Code ID. Letter...numbers. Knowing the code ID is critical for a correct diagnosis.

Here is what your VSC does: VSC helps prevent wheel slip and loss of traction by reducing engine power and applying brake force to each of the four wheels individually. To do this, Toyota’s VSC system takes into consideration many sensors like the Yaw Rate sensor, steering angle sensor, ABS and traction control sensors. When the VSC system takes control it activates stability correction to put the vehicle back into “Stable operation”. This is how the Toyota is able to reduce the number of accidents using this VSC. As you can see from the description, any one of the above sensors can malfunction and cause your VSC light to illuminate. I would take it to another place and have the codes scanned and see what they tell you. Whoever said it was a heater issue, clearly didn't know what they were doing. Post back with new error codes. Make sure you write them down.

Any warning lights on when the engine is running? Next step is to have the computer scanned for trouble codes. Many automobile parts store will do this for FREE. Suggest you get back to us with a list of code numbers, letters, and descriptions.
