Why does my truck turn off at every stop?

Question type: Maintenance & Repair
Hello... so my truck started dying on
me. If I have to wait at a red light, it
shakes and turns off. There's no
problem turning it back on, and stays
on as long as I'm moving - but the
minute I stop, it'll turn back off.
I already cleaned the air filter with
K&N, reinstalled it, and tested it.
Although now it won't turn off, it still
shakes and acts like its going to turn
off. Any suggestions of what else I
can check would be greatly
appreciated!
I'm at the 135,000 mark. It's a 4.6L
engine. 2003 Ford F150 Super Crew.
Thanks!

Yes, spark plugs changed a year ago. I'll check the other stuff... Thanks!
Throttle body and IAC probably filthy. Tom gave the correct advice as to cleaning. DO NOT use carb cleaner, They make cleaner for throttle bodies which will not damage the coating on the parts.

Yes I did! All my mechanic did was adjust the accelerator pump! Easy fix.
