Question type: Maintenance & Repair

My son's 2002 Ford F150 sat for 4 months in Florida. He got back
yesterday and it turned over and he could put it in gear but it would
not go. Also he noticed when he gave it gas the dash lights would
dim

The dash lights dimming upon acceleration could be an indication the alternator is defective. Check it with a digital multimeter.
