Ford F150 Won't Start

I have a 2000 Ford F150 I've replaced the starter,
solenoid,  battery terminal wire,  and had the
battery tested.  The truck still won't start it just
clicks. I can't figure out why.

Automatic? Manual? Can it start in neutral? How about the starter relay? Test it or swap it out? Make sure the engine isn't locked up. Easiest way to do that is use a socket wrench and turn the bolt in the front end of the crankshaft. Only turn it in a clockwise direction and do not have the ignition switch turned on when you do this.

starter relay?? did not know that there is one that exists. hmm, good to know. I just replaced my duralast battery of 4 years ( it started struggling to start for 3 days). The battery tech who replaced the battery and core, told me that the starter has nothing to do with the struggling of the motor to start. Sounds awkward to me. Maybe I overlooked the starter relay((
