Nope. Different bell housing. In theory you could install a 4R100 from a gas engine but there are transmission control issues and the 4R100 is bigger so there will be custom work. If I were to attempt such a thing I would use a Super Duty wiring harness and transmission from a SD pickup that had a 5.4 gas engine. If you could find a donor F250 7700 truck (A HD F150) it would be even better.

One last thing. The F150 Lightning also came with a 4R100 transmission.
