Acceleration problems

I have a 1999 F150 4wd with a
5.4l Triton. Trucks starts and runs,
but when in gear no acceleration,
no power. Already changed plugs,
coil packs, fuel filter. Somebody
please help????

Clean or replace your MAF sensor...quick test with truck idling unplug MAF sensor if no change it's faulty or bad connection if the engine dies or runs rough it's probable ok but clean anyway... and make sure the air filter is clean...Check for Vacuum leaks
