i have a ford f150 98 4.2 and in the mornings it wont start i have to crank it many times and hit the gas and keep pumping it to start it i thought my electronic choke sensor was bad witch it was replaced truck did good for a day then went back to the way it was then added coolant and truck ran good for 2 weeks but then started to do it again im lost

Adding coolant means little to the problem.time for a general tune up start there.sometimes 150 bucks makes your head ach go away

Do checking before throwing parts at it. Gets very expensive. Check fuel pressure at the rail, cost zero plus 20 bucks for a gauge if you do not have one. Then take out the multi-meter and do some checking. A MAF sensor may go for a hundred bucks or more.
