F-150 1998 Issues with turn signal and brake light on left rear side

I' am having issues with my F150 1998 lights. One the left rear side of the
vehicle the brake lights and turn signal does not work. The parking lights
also do not work on  both the left and rear side. On the front head light on
the left, when the turn signal is on, it is blinking way more rapidly than the
right side. The lights work throughout the vehicle when I turn them on using
the headlight switch.

I have replaced the bulb on the left side parking light and replaced several
fuses.

Any help with this would be greatly appreciated!
