My dash lights and parking lights are not working

My dash lights and parking lights are not working I
check all fuses there good I took my test light pull
the fuse out and it had no power to it

Look for corrosion on the contact points where the fuse plugs in. Check both contact points individually against a good ground. If still no voltage to the fuse, begin checking backward toward the main power block supplying voltage to all fuses. You may have to disassemble the fuse block to do this. Disconnect the battery before delving into the internals of the fuse box. Electronics do not respond well to reversed polarity.
