Power windows wont work ?

Passenger side quit first, then the drivers
side, replaced the window motor,  in the
drivers side ,,,, yay it worked.  I left the
window open.   Went back later to close
window low and behold it didnt work. WTF

The electrical wires within the doors are under fatigue each time the door is opened and closed, especially the drivers side door which is used most. Use a multi meter to determine if electricity is getting to the motor when button is pushed. If not, check the boot on the drivers side door first, looking for damaged wres.
