I agree. First check your inertia fuel cut off switch. If button is popped up then press it back in. If that is reset and still will only turn over but not start then I would check for what's missing. Fuel, fire or air. Do fuel pressure check at the fuel rail. If fuel pressure is correct then check for fire at the spark plugs. If all plugs have fire then let's move to other items to check. But I fill you will find either to have no or low fuel pressure or no spark(fire) at the spark plugs. Let us know what you find and we can help figure out what's causing it.

If you have fuel might be pickup coils in the distributer

I have good fuel pressure to the fuel rail, spark at plugs, new pcm no codes, new ignition module, vacuum lines checked, ground wires checked. It seems that the fuel is not getting into the cylinders at the right time, or the timing is way off however checked the timing mechanically 8dbtc, new fuel pressure regulator. I need some ideas of what to check next, please help?

You may have "good" pressure at the rail, but you have to have the correct pressure. I know it is goofy, but if the pressure isn't within specs for your vehicle it wont run. google the correct pressure and either get an inexpensive fuel pressure gauge or have it tested somewhere.

My 94 f150 5.0 liter or 302 cu in was the same crank no start. I have spark, fuel pressure, air, PIP and control mod was all good, still crank no start. I pulled the idle air control valve off (on throttle body} I now have crank no start but it is trying to start just won't catch. This might help someone, maybe yours will start will post anything else that may help Tom

Hey guys and gals I have had the crank no start going on my 94 f150 supercab. I had changed the air idle control, which made it alittle better, but still no start. I have good spark, timing, at distributor and crank, PIP, cam sensor, EEC all check within limits, have air and gas. All checked by a ASE mechanic. The only item that is in question is the fuel pressure, it is a 39 with the after market pump. So I purchased a new Motorcraft fuel pump and sending unit. Tired of messing with the after market products. Oh and the inertia is pushed in and new fuel filter. One thing I see is that everyone is saying this is good that is ok, but if you don't check with ohm meter, do dad or widget than you are pissin in the wind. Check the specification for your vehicle. Make sure that they are correct. One other thing, would it be possible for all injectors to show pulse but be clogged, parafin? Will let ya'll know the outcome of installing the exact fuel pump for my truck. Any good advice is always welcome Tom Sorry 5.0 MFI

Hey folks I was finally able to spend the time and pull the air intake off, and get to the fuel rail and injectors. All of the injectors are either dribbling or nothing at all. Have ordered new injectors and waiting for them to come in. Hopefully this will fix the dang old truck,
