I can't read my codes on a 1990 f150 5.8 4x4. started good yesterday today it just cranks over.engine light stays on all the time even when it was running but couldn't read the code. could it be pcm?

it has a tune up within the last month. new coil. ignition module. was still running rough. read codes ( i could at the time  last week) egr valve put new one on now it just cranks over. still has engine light on but can't pull codes. thinking it is my pcm. any ideas.

ground from the battery, and also fuseable links on the passenger side of engine bay check the relays on the left side fender well they seem to rot out also they control pcm power and fuel pump operation.
