First, none of the modern computerized cars EVER needs a tune up! If someone offers you a tune-up run away, they are either scamming you or ignorant themselves! 2nd) Your manual should tell you what is needed at 199K miles. 3rd) if you no longer have your manual then a call to any Toyota dealer service center will get an answer with NO obligation to take it in there. And 4th) You can also order a new 2006 manual for like $5-$15 in the Toyota dealership's parts department.
