There's a guide for headliner replacement kits at https://www.headlinerfix.com that you might find useful.

He's asking about a Bentley with a leather headliner that has french seams down either cantrail and you're sending him to a generic foam and spray glue site???? Whatever, I have fixed many GT's headliners and I remove the entire roof panel from the car peel back the leather and strip the foam from the fiber board, then either reattach the existing material with contact cement or if the customer is willing I recover them with alcantara (a really nice suede like material) so that I can have extra to wrap around corners. The problem with the leather is that it wants to shrink and once the foam goes it really shrinks and can be tough to lay back out. I try to eliminate the foam so there's less to let go but you have to really smooth the board to have it look good. Good luck, it's a bit of a challenge.
