Is there any way to adjust to boost on the power brake booste in a 2005 Buick LeSaber?

No, but check the vacuum line running to the booster, may be leaking taking away needed vacuum for operation.

And thats not to say that there may be a problem with the booster itself. When they start going bad you will notice that it is harder to press on the break pedal. At that point, it only gets worse.
