how to get to license plate bulbs

The entire tail/backup lens assembly has to be removed from the trunk lid as shown in the drawing attached. There will most likely be some nut's or clip's on the assemblies mounting pins on the inside of the trunk lid. Disconnect the tail/back up lamp harness connector from the body wiring harness. Remove the tail/back up lamp assembly from the rear compartment lid. While supporting the tail/back up lamp assembly, unplug the tail/back up lamp harness grommet from the rear compartment lid and remove the tail/back up lamp from the vehicle. Remove the license plate lamp bulb from the lamp housing. Installation is the reverse of removal. From: http://www.fixya.com/cars/t11117279-change_license_plate_lamp_bulb_2004

Thank you but this a van with a rear hatch, along with wiper motor and the lights are at the top of plate
Oops, my bad. But that's all I could find
That model of van came with the lifetime license plate bulbs- Mr. Nut should have known that-
