2003 Century: battery was replaced last month. Car won't start but cranks nicely. Was driving it all over yesterday with no problem. Tried starting it in other gears per manual, still no start

open the air cleaner and spray some carb cleaner into the intake while trying to start the car. you will need a helper. If the car fires or tries to start, you could have a fuel pump/filter problem. You can also have the fuel pressure tested at the rail. and I think autozone can test your fuel pump relay.
