Remember, you CANNOT reach the bulbs from under the dash. A family member tried that and ended up stuck between the floor, under dash and seat. He was alone and took him some time to unscrew himself from that position.

There is no bulb to replace. The solder holding the set of resistors for the odometer illumination has failed on the board within the cluster. This is a common problem, and is best handled by a professional. There are several vendors on eBay that offer a repair service through the mail, but you will want to make sure they are legit.

The last answer is correct. I have left this same response to other like questions over the years. The solder points that keep the resistors for the odometer in their panel on the cluster board have weakened. You will need to have new resistors soldered in, and when you do, you might want to consider having a full rebuild done (to replace the servo motors for the gauge indicators, new bulbs for the backlighting, etc.).
