driver door window

driver window won't go up or down, have power to motor, constant power to up
even with switch in neutral position.

had switch unit totally apart and works properly, nothing stuck. would it be the door module or a relay ? all other switches work as they should. Thanks for any help.

sounds like motor needs to be replaced. The only way to confirm this is to try the same thing on the other side motor.

one wire to motor has constant power, even when unplugged it's still hot ? is relay or module stuck ?
