the stock gap, unless it's over .04" then set to .04". On a side note, you just spent too much money on something that won't work and that last no where near as long. Spark plugs are a conduit and don't build power. A small capacitance circuit inside would result in an altered fuel map and would not supply voltage long enough for proper spark propagation. If you can return them, do so while you still can. This is the same gimmik nology wires used back in the day... It didn't work, you can look up dyno evidence of this, and in many cases cause failure in the plugs. Granted some people swear by the crap but I've yet to see any evidence for it. Here did a little searching here is the only thing close to a decent dyno comparison I found... http://forums.corvetteforum.com/c6-tech-performance/1800864-gonna-dyno-tuesday-with-pulstar-plugs-5.html

the spark plug gap as listed by GM through their online service manual is 0.60" or 1.52mm

Robert is correct. It is .06. Nice when someone spouts off with a wrong answer and then goes on to tell you how 'you' are wrong.. pay no attention to Robert.
