$60 - $100 at the dealer plus programming. Call a locksmith. It's cheaper.
There is no need for programming, it's a $2 blank key.

It does have a "chip key" or "VATS- Vehicle Anti-Theft System" key, but you don't have to reprogram the vehicle. Physically, the keys look the same, but the chips are of different values. Any dealership, or locksmith with a key reader can provide you with the correct number "VATS" key.

And yes, the blanks go for about $2-$15, depending on the seller. So with that in mind, call around for the best price on the key and the service to read & cut it.
