how do i change oil pan gasket on a rendezvous

really no different than any other model. 1.) drain the oil at the plug 2.) with a small ratchet 1/8 drive and 10mm socket (might be a 7/16) undo the pan bolts in a criss-cross fashion until the last one drops. 3) inspect and clean with a soft rag and scraper any traces of gasket that remain, pan and block 4) install new pan gasket gingerly tightening to 10 ft lbs in a criss cross fashion 5) oil filter....done

Hell no not al all im doinf one now and spent 10 hrs trying to get the damn pan out it moves freely but getting hung up on the trans and cross member from what ive been told the cross member has to be removed thats what im doing now

Rendezvous oil pan is difficult. We moved ac, starter. ALL motor mounts and kicker was the transmission mount to finally allow enough clearance to remove. Used an engine holder on top to stablize and jacked from bottom. Seven hours just to remove. Now the hard part - find the oil pan torque specs! We finally settled in 18# vertical, 35 # horizontal.
