Coolant leak 2001 Buick regal

Asked by Ezra May 29, 2014 at 06:08 PM about the 2001 Buick Regal

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

I have a coolant leak on my 2001 regal. I replaced the bypass elbow last weekend, which
solved one problem, but something else is wrong. There is a small basin just below the
crank pulley that the leaking coolant pools up in. It only seems to leak when the car is not
running.

I have located the leak, I think. I took the pass. Tire off and located a leak coming from near the power steering fluid reservoir.
