hi my name is kimberly, my car started dying on me and felt like it was skipping

and felt like it was skipping.so i had a macantic to put spark plugs in it and
he sugested that i put a air filter in also and i went and got him one.ok when
he got done he tols me he cleaned the throttle body.i thought ok well we took
it for a test drive.it drove good i let him i went home.the next day i got in it
and went about 3 miles and everytime i stopped at a red light are a stop sign
it would go dead like it wouldnt idle when i let off the gas.well i took it home
and called him he come over took a look and wigle  wires and  check  the
spark on the plug wires that  was ok so we took it for a test drive it did great
but it was just a guick one.he said well its ok i went about my bussiness at
home.next day i tried to go to town again i didnt even make it  5 car lenghts
and it died at the stop sign.at that i was very upset to the point of crying i
tiookj it home and called him he said he would be here here shortly a hour
past may i say i dont have and pasents at this point either.i text him and said
im drive the crazy thing to the store and if it brakes down ill walk off and
leave so i got in it and started off  a new problen stared i had to push the
gass way down for  it to go and then it acted like it was in strain.i force it to
take me to the store. i dont know what to do to it can someone help me
figure out whats wrong with it im to old to be walking 7 mile to town thank

I might suspect it might be your fuel system. Weak fuel pump? Have the fuel pressure tested. Had have a certified ASE mechanic look it over in their garage with the proper diagnostic tools.
