If it restarts after cooling down (it always starts ok when it is cool
or setting overnight) the first place I would look is the coil pack.
The circuit board under the coils seems to go bad, over heats
and the potting compound often seeps out below the coils,
which is an indication of the problem.
After the engine cools down it will restart until the board finally
totally fails. These coil boards are available at auto parts stores
and are not that difficult to replace if you or someone you know
has some tools.
