1996 Buick Le Sabre Driver door stuck

The car door was frozen shut last night and after i pulled it open, I couldn't
close it. It wouldn't latch. I locked it sothat I could get home and it wasn't
completely closed, but it didn't fly open. When I got home, even after
unlocking it, I couldn't open it again. It feels stuck. What do I do?
