Front Passenger Power windows broke

Even if I push the unlock button for the power windows
,the front passenger window won't roll down. Even if I try
to roll it down from the driver side controls

I would say the window regulator and or motor failed. It is a common issue on the older GM's like your car if the regulator is original. Remove the inner door panel to inspect it. There are plenty of videos online on how to do this. It also could be an electrical issue with the switch and or wiring too, but I would look at the regulator and or motor first.
