There's no real secret to it, first step is to remove all screws, some may be tucked inside the armrest, or along the very bottom edge of the panel. Once you know the screws are out, you can start loosening the plastic fasteners, these are blind push-in type fasteners, once you get a feel for where one is, use a plastic pry bar to work it loose. Don't worry if you break the fastener, the auto stores carry all manner of replacements, just don't pry so hard on one you break the panel itself (although that is pretty hard). Loosen the panel from the bottom then tilt it out and lift it up out of the window channel. As you do this you'll need to reach behind it to disconnect the armrest controls. After the panel is out there may or may not be a plastic sheet glued to the door frame which you'll have to pry loose, it can restick to the glue so try not to tear it.

There are two major bolts inside the inside pull door handle.. Hex heads. Next behind the door handle in which one opens the door is another screw but first remove the small flap that's covering it. Then as been alluded to previously.. pull the door panel alone the bottom and end and then slowly lift the panel upward. IF POSSIBLE BE SURE THE WINDOW IN DOWN ..MAKES REMOVING THE PANEL EASIER. Good Luck SEMPER FI...
