Question type: Car Customization

I own a 94 Buick LeSabre that is completely stock and in superb condition but I'd like to make it run even better. Also when adding parts will anything need to be adjusted in the computer etc?
Parts considered:
Cold Air  intake: http://www.car-stuff.com/carparts/universalaema18218503dc.html
Intake manifold: http://www.car-stuff.com/carparts/buicklesabre19931995dormanrb6151791.html
"Tornado fuel saver": http://www.car-stuff.com/carparts/buicklesabre19891996tornadot57ki80268277.html
Fan blades: http://www.car-stuff.com/carparts/universalflexalitef211360.html
Muffler: Either http://www.car-stuff.com/carparts/universalflowmasterf13325408.html or http://www.car-stuff.com/carparts/universalflowmasterf13943046or.html  whichever would be quieter

Any suggestions, comments, or warnings?

dont get the tornado fuel saver its a stupid gimmick to get stupid people to waste 20 bucks. i'd say start with the intake stuff.... cold air... then the manifold.... then move to exhaust.. so a new muffler would be good after that. just remember your engine is basically a giant air pump... more air in, more air out, more HP.

Thanks for the advice. I didn't really know if the if the tornado fuel save would actually do anything, I've heard mixed reports.
