Did it stop suddenly? If so, check your fuses. If it has been getting worse slowly, check the speed limiting resister. It could also be short motor brushes which would require blower motor replacement.
Check the blower motor relay. Its located under the hood in the power distribution center. Following the circuit from negative to positive, current travels from ground, through the blower speed selector switch, through the motor resistor, through the blower motor, to the blower motor relay, to +12 volts.

THis will sound wrong but it did work for mine. I ended up shorting the system and have the fuse blow in order to get mine to work. I changed both relays, and the blower motor,as well as the switch. I was testing the power to the motor and i accidentally grounded it and blew the main fuse for it under the hood. I put a new one in and it works fine ever since.
