Put new ignition in my 2005 chysler town and country now there's a red Dot on the dash board and van won't crank or start

I put a new ignition in my 2005 town and country a
red light showed up on my dash all my lights work
but van won't crank or start now... Does anyone
know what this could be?

Had the same issue after replacing the battery. Turns out it is related to the alarm. Our work around is to hit the door unlock button on the remote. Like magic all electrical systems work and car starts.

Got to have the new keys flashed at dealership anytime you change the ignition switch
