My lights on my middle counsel are half on and
half on. Can I fix it myself or do I need to go to a
shop. I don't want to pay to much. And also my
passenger top light doesn't want to turn on what
kind of light bulb do I get for it?

You can take the center counsel apart yourself, if you can figure out how too, may want to check out you tube. And the auto parts store will have a listing on the bulbs you need.
