Parking lights stay on

My parking lights stay on most of time, once in awhile they will go off but always come
back on. When they are on, sometimes when i shut the hood they will flash and
continue to stay on.

Sounds like an anti-theft alarm system, issue. Have a qualified technician check it out for you.
