My 1999 Town and Country service engine soon light is on, no performance decline, my obd2 port is not working.. and my right signal is flashing faster than normal, my bulbs are ok though???

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

I have had my Town and Country Mini Van for 6 months and the Service Engine Light come on, after my right blinker started flashing very fast. I took it to advance and autozone to get a obd2 test and my port was not working. So there was no code to go by. It is not over heating, it is holding all of its fluids, and is running very well. I am wondering if the info that I read about a simple oil change would help it? Or is all this connected?

Possible fuse blown to power obd2 connection . look very close at rear turn bulbs some time are 2 bulbs per side if one blown will cause to blink fast. also check front compare to side flashing normal . most likely separate issues. good luck.
