Question type: General

The bulb shows 2.5/3 ohm resistance.  Socket shows no 12v power.  If fuse, which and where.  If not, now what?

If the other three parking lights work, the fuse is good. There is one fuse for all the parking and dash lights. No power at the socket means that the circuit to that corner is open. Either a broken wire or a bad connection. --- A quick fix is to splice a wire between the right and left parking lights. Make sure the power is off when you splice it so you don't blow the fuse. Best bet is to remove the negative battery cable.
