A few options check for power and ground at the connector 12V. If nothing there may be individual fuses for each headlamp chevrolet does, if not you looking at one of three things a headlamp switch at fault a power distribution center or a Front Control Module all will cause your issue. Try to wiggle the headlamp switch while someone watches the bulb to see if any thing changes.
