I have a 2004 dodge ram 1500 with a 4.7 v 8 and a manual
transmission I just replaced the clutch and the master and slave
cylinders it works great when it's cold but once the truck warms
up it acts like the clutch isn't disengaging and won't go into a
gear does anybody know why

Check the fluid level, if it is low replace the fluid and check for leaks

The friction plates may be catching and not releasing or you may have the wrong size clutch
