2004 dodge ram 3500 losing power when reaching 3000rpm, blowing white smoke

pulling a boat would reach 3000rpm would losing power, I changed the fuel filter, I took it out got to 5 gear would not go any faster than 60 mph backfired ,blew out black smoke. but now it is blowing white smoke when I get to the 3000 rpm

Black smoke is unburned fuel White smoke is coolent. You may have a blown head gasket or cracked block.
