Hi I just changed the transmission fluid in my 03 dodge 1500 it was running good before I changed it, now It won't move when I put it in any gear unless I go over 2500 rpms, what could it be

Thanks I think that's the problem because I only hand tight it, the old one I took it out just with my fingers and I thought that's how it was supposed to be
