I am running into the same issue with my 2002 Ram. I did some research about this issue and keep hearing about it being the computer not communicating with the rest of the systems. I unplugged the top plug on the computer which is located under the hood on the passenger side of the truck and discovered the plug and the seat are soaking wet. So I am assuming this is the cause. At this point I have not done anything about it since this is a spare vehicle which does not get driven much. When I get the chance to pull the computer out and dry it along with drying the plugs and using a Di-Electric grease to seal the connections from getting wet I will post an update. You should check your computer plugs and see if this applies to your truck as well.
