a problem that when my truck is warmed up is
starts to make a loud airplane noise coming from
my fan , I replaced the fan clutch , water pump ,
thermostat, coolant reservoir but it sound like my
engine is running hot any help with this ???

When the clutch kicks in and turns the fan it can be rather loud which is normal. You will hear it a lot more in the summer. Measure the actual operating temperature as sounds are not a reliable method of determining operating temperatures.
