Just your break, they're might be dirt in it, if it stays for 2 days go get it checked

depending on what kind of grinding noise, it may be the plastic in the wheel well that may be hitting the tire, I know that my 01 Stratus R/T has that problem and I need to just get new plastic rivetts for it

You may want to you the CV Joints checked. The grinding noise could be the CV Joints falling apart or incredibly dirty. Also check the CV Boots for leakage or damage.
