Cranks case pressure

What would cause my 2002 Dodge Ram
1500 with the 4.7 to build up pressure from
the crank case. Took my oil cap off and it had
pressure pushing against it.

Just checked it but idk. Should the ball on the inside be moving by me just shaking it?
