Question type: Maintenance & Repair

Greetings, I believe I have a suspension problem but I'm not totally sure. When I travel over a bumpy or cobblestone road, the van sounds and squeaks like a covered wagon from the old west. The ride is also rocky. I had the rear shocks replaced a few months ago, but that did nothing for the problem. I'm afraid to go to a dealer because of being ripped. But I don't know where to go to get the problem addressed. I'd like to keep the van a lot longer. Any suggestions? Thanks

grease the frontend all zirk fittings, spray the hell out of rubber swaybar bushings with wd40 or other like.and oil the leaf springs all leafs load on, used oil even lower your tire pressure to a minium, use some of that wd on rubber seals at doors too! front shock shafts can squeek sometime and a bad balljoint ,watch that one
