Throttle cable lot of slack engine will not start

sounds like something is bound up , the throttle linkages need to be cleaned , cable may need some synthetic grease to get it to slide , then test for spark and fuel pressure ,if you can get some gas into the throttle see if it'll fire up , see if injectors are firing o.k. there's a noid light for that
