Are "Tacoma" brand tires good for a 2000 Dodge Ram 1500?

I went to a body shop asking about tires. The mechanic there offered me 4 "Tacoma" brand tires. I've never heard of this brand and can't find info online. He said 4 brand new, in stock, are $304 including installation. Said a guy ordered them and never picked them up. I plan on selling the truck in about a year to upgrade for my business. Anyone ever heard of this brand or know anything about it? Should I buy them??

A quick check online verifies that there is no such thing. Maybe these are tires taken off a Tacoma? Check the size and load rating to see if they will work on your truck. Look at the sidewalls to see what they really are.
