1999 dodge sport 4x4 5.9l 46RE transmission. My truck was not shifting out of third, I can take and manually shift down to second then back up to third but that's it.

Asked by Mikejones0416 Dec 09, 2015 at 12:12 AM about the 1999 Dodge RAM 1500

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

I have replaced the transducer and pressure solenoid
"eBay 75 $ reman", new filter and fluid, ABS speed
sensor, idle air control valve, new battery. Going to
replace the transmission speed sensor in a couple days.
Any other ideas anyone could help with would be great.
Also my dash panel went down a while back traced and
traced with no glory, And now the transmission.

Well after I did some more digging, I found that I had a bad relay in the power distribution center. I swapped two around and shifts fine.
