98 dodge ram backfire and shaking when taking off

So I got this 98 dodge ram 1500 been changing and fixing
everything on this truck but antifreeze hose blew off and
sprayed all under my hood ruined my coil and changed that
but not it backfires and shakes like a basterd when I'm just
cruising along but backfires when I step on it but still had
power but it's got a flame shooting through the exhaust

I have as Automatic Nissan Tiida having this problem of reversing when I drive it long distance .what could be the problem
