The other question I have is When I accelerate the throttle body has air comming out right in front of the idle air control sensor. I put a new sensor on and its still the same.

Did you replace the gasket also? That could explain it or maybe you have a broken vacuum line or fitting coming off the TB

It wouldn't hurt to change the throttle body gasket while you're right there, I'm sure its pretty cheap. Just make sure that any time your installing new gaskets that the mating surfaces are clean and that there are no leftover pieces of gasket material left behind or you will have a leak
